    This project was started around 2006 through the REA BD Branch. At the time and still now no Roll of Honour existed that covered all especially those from the post war period. It also proved extremely hard to locate information as to how, and where many died. In 2015 the REA BD Branch published on their initial web site, the initial listing. One thing that caused it to take so long was gaining photos of all the individual headstones.

    In 2019 the RE Bomb Disposal EOD History Group was formed and followed through with the Project.

    What you see on this website is 4 Volumes covering 1940 to the present. With as much information as possible.

    These are live documents, will be updated in January each year. A example of the difficulties we have is that within a week of publishing the Volume another casualty was brought to our attention.
